Our Levels of Care

• Partial Hospitalization (PHP) provides comfort, safety, and structure wile allowing patients to go home at night. This extra mental health support offers a minimally-restrictive environment, encompassing group, individual, family and/or couples therapy.
• Intensive Outpatient (IOP) is a step-down level of care for transitioning back to work or school with extra support and structure to practice and enhance coping skills.
• Psychiatric Care and Medication Management provide evaluation and monitoring for medications, adverse reactions, and side effects to reduce mental health symptoms.
• Discharge Planning creates a smooth transition from the IOP/PHP programs. Prior to discharge, our counseling team works to schedule any needed post-discharge appointments based on your anticipated sport needs.

What to Expect When You Call

When you call, a member of our staff will ask you a few questions and then work with you to schedule your initial assessment appointment. You may choose an in-person visit or a secure video call for this initial assessment.

You will then receive an email with instructions about your first appointment and our new client paperwork to complete.

Your MAM clinician and professional therapy team then work closely with you to formulate and implement a flexible treatment plan that addresses both the root causes of your pain, along your physical and emotional symptoms.

Importantly, we also prepare a comprehensive discharge and aftercare plan to keep you on track and in control when you’re ready to complete services.
